M2 Advisers works with senior managers and investors to take advantage of opportunities enabled by or leveraged through technology. M2 Advisers has extensive experience in identifying and creating value from information intensive and technology enabled businesses, both large and small. We work both on a project basis and can take operating roles.
Industries and businesses are increasing in information intensity due to the spread of ubiquitous broadband, distributed and embedded devices, big data and scalable computational capabilities. These disruptive forces create entire new industries, as well as reconfigure existing business models. Business plans that purport to take advantage of technology opportunities often fall into the trap of assuming linear growth from traditional sources of competitive advantage or that customers will change their behavior in order to use it. It is easy to be seduced by the promise of technology. It is much harder to create value with it.
M2 Advisers brings ready management, leadership, development and investment advisory capabilities backed by years of experience working in technology enabled businesses, in both large public and small private companies. By providing clients with direct access to a senior experienced operating executive, M2 Advisers can rapidly and efficiently assist them in arriving at critical management and investment decisions without unnecessary overhead or expense.
